End Of Summer Parade 2014

The burial of "Old Man Summer", instituted in the early 1960's, has been a community focused event comprising of an assortment of decorated floats, cars, motorcycles made by individuals, organizations and businesses tastefully decorated using a variety of themes. It also includes fires engines and police vehicles.  A coffin representing "Old Man Summer" is the centerpiece of the parade ending at the Crystal Chandelier for a mock memorial service. Join us by being part of the parade.

Staging begins at 12:30PM, Erie and Ridgeway Roads, with 1:00PM start on August 30,  rain or shine!   Experience and appreciate the burial of summer '14 by joining in with the Friends of Crystal Beach community spirit along with support from the Town of Ft. Erie, Crystal Beach Business Improvement Association, and local businesses.
